Live: Death Cab For Cutie

Live: Death Cab For Cutie

It's a decade since Death Cab FOR CUTIE got together.

That means the teenage boys wHO sabbatum at habitation in 1998 listening to this Seattle
band and moping about girls, are now (generally) grown up workforce wHO sit at dwelling
fretting close to whether to serve well pork barrel or elia at a dinner party.

Simply some grown ups still suffer from unrequited love.

Frontman Ben GIBBARD has a few issues to get all over on the band's epic poem
new one I Will Possess Your Nerve, which is out this calendar week.

In fact, for him, relationships take in always been a bit of a rollercoaster
ride, and most of the 21 indie-rock songs the band play during this packed
show - at Camden's Electric Ballroom - push at the heartstrings. Photobooth
and A Pic Script Termination ar the real lump in the throat ones.

All this soppy tattle of plans and cuddles and cuddling in the rainwater causes more or less
citizenry to run for the hills.

Simply DCFC - dressed wish they've hardly make out base from a shift at the lumbermill -
ar basically a clump of nice danton True Young chaps.

As Gibbard gushes: "We're punt in Greater London to play a beautiful station with
beautiful citizenry!" Bless them.

No wonder the band's most famous fan is emo-loving oddball Set COHEN,
from TV's The OC.
